The Clubhouse, a J.H. Phillips design, combines traditional warmth with a classic charm. Our Executive Chef, Robert Antonetti, has created a variety of menus combining classic dishes from the past with the best of contemporary cuisine or, if you are so inclined, our talented staff will gladly custom-tailor any recipe to suit your individual preference or dietary needs. Our professional staff considers it a pleasure to prepare, present and service the needs of you and your guests in an elegant and nurturing manner. Our General Manager, Donald F.
